As a trusted and experienced project consultant, Jeff Amy embodies everything Capital Construction strives to be. Another Star From Northfield Much like many other Capital employees, Jeff Amy hails from Northfield, Minnesota.

After three long years of being a broker's assistant responsible for 35 traders, Chris Gackle knew it was time for a change. Making the Tough Decision Before working as a broker's assistant, Chris had rigorous experience in operations for giants like Cargill, Mayo Clinic, and more.

​​ ​With Capital Construction actively pivoting to expand the multi-family division of the company for nationwide solutions, it was clear that there needed to be some new additions to the team for it to be more knowledgeable and competitive in the rental space.

This summer, Capital Construction exceeded all expectations and more than doubled our project completion goal. In order to keep up with the demand, Capital hired additional support for the production office. One of those hired was Sami Gackle.
