Relationship Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with local insurance agents and agencies to cultivate profitable relationships and to position Capital Construction as a preferred vendor.
• Build out a local presence with insurance companies and CRMs.
• Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the appropriate sales team and follows project through completion to ensure all strict deadlines are met
• Creates and implements a business development strategy to identify new business opportunities.
• Gathers information on potential partnerships and builds client relationships.
• Gain solid knowledge of competitors and how to position Capital Construction as an industry leader
• Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships
• Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities
• Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
• Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business

Experience Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in a same or similar role

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
• High level experience in insurance or sales is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Teamwork and leadership skills
• Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships
• Devotion to high-quality customer service
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Above average computer skills
• Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services
