We are centrally located in Burnsville, Minnesota;  but we serve all of the Twin City Metro Area and beyond.   • Complete all smaller trades including but not limited to downspouts, pieces of siding, screens, wraps, single windows, AC combs, etc; inspect and complete quality control checklist when trades are complete and collect any leftover materials from the job site.
  • Fix all problem repairs that are turned into the production manager within 48 hours of being assigned.
  • Collaborates with employees concerning work orders, prints, and sketches to understand the structure that needs to be built or repaired.
  • Assist production staff with other tasks such as posting permits, posting photos for city inspections, etc as needed
  • Contact homeowner(s) before going to complete the repair(s); and take detailed before and after pictures of all repairs and upload into our CRM software.
  • Turn in all Company Credit Card receipts to accounting
  • Estimates equipment, tool, and material requirements for each job.
  • Operates all necessary tools to complete a job.
  • Ensures vehicles, tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned, stored, and maintained for optimum performance and safety.
  • On Call after hours availability for first response with emergency repairs, inquiries, issues, and concerns; receive, delegate, and respond to all inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements

  • Must have training and experience in a same or similar role


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Thorough understanding of the correct and safe operation of all related tools and equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to draw accurate sketches to communicate the specifications for projects.
  • Ability to take accurate measurements and calculations.

$20 to 35 Per Hour
