Over the last 6 years, we have created a solid brand and image for Capital Construction. We have worked hard on social media and digital branding and are now expanding our Marketing Team! We are offering a full time position for someone that has a background in paid digital marketing and SEO, in an effort to continue to build on what we have created!

We are centrally located in Burnsville, Minnesota; but, we serve all of the Twin City Metro Area, and beyond. We have a newly designed, 15,000 square foot office space which includes a 6,000 square foot warehouse, state-of-the-art sales room, a ping pong table, basketball court,  on-site gym, and a lounge room for afternoon happy hours with the team!

This is a 100% in office role.

This position partners with the Digital Media Director to create branded campaigns, and supports the marketing and design initiatives by coordinating and collating content. ​

Responsibilities

• Implements, maintains, and optimizes marketing campaigns and content for print, paid search, and display networks. Maintains knowledge of developments, trends, and best practices in marketing.
• Manages print contractors and other promotional vendors.
• Collaborates with teams to optimize customer experience and build brand consistency.
• Ensures website content is up to date and relevant to create a meaningful experience for clients.
• Working with our project managers to capture before, during, and after photos of all their projects to utilize on social media.
• Collects search engine and web traffic analytics; reviews data for patterns and makes recommendations for optimal site exposure based on this data.
• Works closely with website host to monitor search engine optimization (SEO), marketing, and sales performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Experienced communicator with reliable project management skills.
• Experience with CRM management, Google Ads and Analytics, SEO
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals.
• Previous marketing experience in real estate or home services is highly desirable.
