Good afternoon, all - 

By day's end, buildings 300/350, 1 and 4-9 will be completed. Our crews are moving quicker than we imagined and we are on track to finish about 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Crews will be off Friday - Monday to enjoy a much deserved holiday weekend. We will resume construction on Tuesday with buildings 2 and 3. Construction on buildings 600 and 10 should begin on Thursday and we're hopeful to have the whole property wrapped up by next Saturday.

Good morning!


We are exited to say that we are still moving ahead of schedule and, weather permitting, that should continue. The townhome buildings are taking less than three days and not the five days we originally planned. Notices will be delivered to your garage at least the day prior to construction beginning on your building.  Please be sure to remove your vehicles from your garage and driveway the morning your building starts.

We are excited to announce that the roofing project is one week ahead of schedule! Please find the updated project schedule on the map below.

As we progress to other buildings, the parking areas to the north side of the clubhouse where the BBQ tent was will be closed for material staging. Please do not park in these areas after 7am on Friday, May 19th. The large horseshoe will reopen for parking at that time.

 



May 12, 2023

We are excited to begin your community improvement roofing project on Monday! As detailed in the updated schedule posted on May 2nd, we will be starting with building 7350. We anticipate this building to take about 10 days to complete.

While this building is under construction, please refrain from parking in front of building 7350. This area will be closed to mitigate vehicle damage and for debris equipment and material loading. We hope to open the area prior to building completion and will update you with any changes. The area where the BBQ was held will also be closed for material staging.

Any vehicle not moved from the highlighted parking areas by 7am on Monday, May 15th will be relocated to another area of the community by Bobby and Steve's.

Crews will be working onsite from 7:30am to dusk Mondays – Saturdays. For those of you in 7350, please remove any items from your balcony to prevent possible damage and be aware of nails/debris that may reach your balcony during tear off.

As with most construction projects, you will experience different noise levels throughout the replacements. We understand the temporary inconvenience the roofing project will cause and appreciate your patience while we improve your community.

To expedite the roofing project, we have updated the project schedule. Please see the revised schedule below, weather permitting:

May 15th – May 25th: Building 7300/7350
May 26th – May 31st: Buildings 7 & 1
June 1st - June 6th: Buildings 6 & 8
June 7th – June 12th: Buildings 9 & 5
June 13th – June 17th: Buildings 4 & 2
June 19th – June 23rd: Building 3 & 7600
June 24th - June 29th: Building 10

As a reminder, notices will be posted to your front doors and sent out via email at least 48 hours prior to the work commencing on your building that will include any necessary parking information and preparation reminders.



Project Details

Beginning in May, Capital Construction will be completing roof replacements throughout your community. The project will begin May 8th and will take about 10 weeks, weather permitting. We will send out more details including the schedule for each building and what you can expect in the upcoming days.

Prior to the start of the project, Capital Construction will host a BBQ food event for all residents where you can meet some of our team members, ask any questions about the project and enjoy a delicious meal! Mark your calendars for May 4th from 5pm - 7pm!
