Beth Fossum, like many others at Capital Construction, is a valued staff member who was born and raised in Northfield, Minnesota. Having watched Capital grow into a successful and innovative company over the last ten years, she was excited to jump aboard in January 2021. Beth's previous experience as well as her Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Iowa made her perfectly equipped for the job.

Beth's favorite part about the office is the great energy it has each day. She is proud to be a part of the approximate 15% of women professionals in the roofing industry and is thankful to work for a company like Capital that fosters the growth of women in positions like hers. Beth spends her spare time hanging out with her husband, Gabe, and their 15-year-old pup, Josie. She also likes golfing, hanging out by the fire, watching her nieces and nephews play sports, and a good happy hour.
