Since joining in June 2022, Ingrid has been leading the charge in terms of marketing. With 10 years of experience working with organic and paid social media under her belt, she is an expert in creating photo and video content.
Some of her biggest impacts on Capital Construction's branding and marketing efforts include:
- Created a comprehensive plan for the company to increase brand equity and strengthen repression and success. This included creating the official company brand guidelines.
- Shifted social media marketing to focus on educating and creating a community.
- Streamlined marketing practices and approaches to be more efficient and targeted (residential vs. multi-family).
When Ingrid is out of office, she is most likely competing in open-water swim races across the midwest, spending time outside with her friends, or supporting the local music scene.
