As a national Account Manager, Josie Flicek’s primary focus is the multi-family division of Capital Construction. She has worked within the Community Association Industry for almost 15 years, beginning her career as a Community Association Manager. As a result of her sustained success and ability to retain clients throughout her career, she got promoted to Business Development Manager.

Josie was introduced to Capital Construction by their strong presence in the industry. Once aware of them, she realized that there was a void she could fill and chose to take her experience in Association Management to the construction side as a Multi-family Coordinator. Since her start in early 2019, Josie has proved to be a loyal employee with consistent growth year over year by bringing national contracts and opportunities to the table. She is a HAAG Certified Inspector of Commercial Roofs and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
