Justin Burford is an experienced carpenter native to Faribault, Minnesota. After going to school in Duluth, Justin felt called to the Colorado mountains, where he was a self-proclaimed "ski bum". It wasn't until he moved back to Minnesota that he got his start in construction. Upon coming back, Justin worked for Bleseners Quality Exteriors for 14 years. After this long period of time, he was contacted by connections at Capital Construction to begin work as a carpenter.
According to Justin, the best part of capital construction is the atmosphere. He likes that it remains casual while also being competitive in terms of growth. He also feels that it is easier to work when there are other "go-getters" like himself around. As an "extroverted introvert", Justin enjoys being around others but needs some time to recharge. It is an initiative of his to maintain the golden rule among employees, friends, and clients. Most importantly, he is a real bloodhound when it comes to tracking down roof leaks!
Justin's favorite hobby, hands down, is wakeboarding. It is thanks to the friends he has made through this hobby that he still lives around the Twin Cities. His favorite activity in the winter is its counterpart, snowboarding. Other than those two, he also loves to play hockey and spend time cross-country skiing.
