Multifamily Jobsite Supervisor5.0
The bulk of his experience dating before Capital came from his 20 years working for Wellington Windows. Here, he began working on the production line and managed it for the last five years. When the company closed and became Wellington Home Improvements, Luke transitioned to installing windows.
His next position was as a Union Journeyman Carpenter for Frana. After some time, he felt a change was necessary. Due to what he considers luck and timing, Luke found himself at Capital where he immediately knew it was an excellent fit.
In his fifth year, today he's in charge of supervising all facets of multi-family construction projects, including making sure production orders are accurate and timely, managing construction staff, and using his OSHA 30 certificate to monitor safety. Luke prides himself most in talking to people who come out of their units with questions and making them feel comfortable throughout the process.
