Capital Construction was an excellent choice to use for our roof replacement, gutter replacement, and soffit repair due to storm damage. Very responsive and timely, made all contacts with our insurance company which was great. The entire process was smooth, people were great, and the new roof and gutters look fantastic!

What I needed
I received quotes from 2 other companies that never showed to actually get work date set. These companies continually raised their quotes saying I needed this and that done. Capital Construction is not like the others. They quoted me a price and didn’t replace things that didn’t need to be replaced. Steve King, Justin, and others made sure I was satisfied with the work through the entire process. They were easy to get a hold of when I had a question and always answered truthfully. The crew was kind and worked so hard, even during some not-so-great weather. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
Hail Damage
Capital Construction is an extremely professional company. Our salesman Jay, was on top of everything that needed to be replaced or repaired. He met our insurance adjuster at our house and they went up on the roof together. Then they inspected our cedar fence and personal belongings together. He made sure all damage was documented. Jay answered all our questions and made sure we understood the entire process. We were so confident in Jay's ability to handle our project that we planned to be out of town when our roof was replaced. We came home to new shingles and gutters. Our home was expertly repaired and looks wonderful. If you ever need the services they offer, don't hesitate to call Capital Construction!

Capital did a fabulous from our 1st meeting with Christian to his last visit to make sure everything was good. He explained everything well and they worked with our insurance agency to get it all done. We had a great team of roofers and it went smoothly! Would use them again and again!

A hailstorm came through and battered the roof, gutters, and siding. Capital visited us soon after we called them and set everything in motion with the insurance company, fighting successfully for more coverage. They were timely and communicative, despite dealing with a huge number of properties that also got hit. They also corrected several problems with the original roof/gutter setup that a previous contractor had denied making.

My experience with Capital Construction is the best I’ve had with any contractor ever. They are professional, organized, responsive and trustworthy. I specifically want to thank Andrew Carter the project manager. He worked diligently with me and the insurance company. He responded in a timely manner to every question I had. He was very collaborative, quite honestly I’ve never worked with any anyone as pleasant and helpful. I would hire Capital Contrucuions many times over!
Great job
Capital did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. Our project manager, Hoa Mai, navigated two insurance companies covering hail damage from two storms. He was very thorough and a great communicator. The crews did a great job on both a pitched and flat roof. They were very fast and did a terrific job on the clean-up after the work. I would wholeheartedly recommend Capital, and would use them again.

Everything went well. I especially appreciated the interface with my insurer. I didn’t have to worry about submitting Capital Construction’s bill.
