Attention to Detail
I had a referral for Capital Construction from a friend. (Prior to the hail storm in Spring 2022 in Northfield). Contractors/builders were NOT calling on service that I wanted. I desired new siding on my 100 year old farmhouse in Northfield and a front porch facelift and complete REDO of the back porch. We had just a month delay due to storms. Blair was attentive to details, showed color samples for my doors. Blair encourage to leave the historical features of the house. One story, after the siding and new roof was completed (from the Spring hail storm)......two bats were in my house and front porch in less than 24 hours. Blair was prompted in attending to this situation. I am grateful for Capital Construction and all the little details - including calling the customer "back". Thank you Mr. Blair :)
Hail Damage, Roof, siding, windows and gutters
Capital did a fantastic job on our home, Blair Quinnell was our project manager and he went above and beyond in getting this project completed beyond or expectations. I would recommend Capital and Blair to anyone that needs home repairs.
Great experience with Capital Construction!
I had my roof and gutters replaced last summer following the hail storm. Blair did a great job of educating me on what needed to be done and what to expect during the process. It was very clear to me when the crews arrived that they had a relationship with Blair and I felt very reassured by that. Roof replacement
Capital Construction replaced our roof. Even with short notice, late in the season, they were able to get our job done before the temperatures dropped. Our project manager was at our home many times to make sure our project was running smoothly. Thank you Capital Construction. I highly recommend them for your home maintenance needs.
Awesome to work with
He put up with me, deserves a bonus! Insurance claim and out of pocket work gave us an entire new exterior, so lots to manage and coordinate. Was on top of every detail, went above and beyond. Professional and personable. Would not hesitate to call him for any further work if there is anything that needs doing in the future.

Capital Construction along with Blair made this process of getting my roof replaced from storm damage easy and painless! Blair was very helpful, always answering any questions I had any time of the day or night. They worked directly with my insurance company which made this so easy for me. Siding replacement
Our project was completed on time as scheduled. Blair walked us through the process and choices. We were provided an accurate estimate fir the job. The installation crew was professional and tidy. Excellent workmanship and follow up. We are very satisfied with the project. Highly recommend!

Exceptional experience
Capital Construction was a great company to work with to replace our roof. I appreciated Blair’s clear, direct and prompted communication style. He worked directly with my insurance company and took the headache out of the equation. Blair called, showed up, and followed through, as he said he would. The company took one day to replace the roof and cleaned up before they left. They are a company with integrity. Would recommend them for a job well done.
Shingles Replaced by Capital Construction
Due to hail damage we had shingles replaced on our house & garage and an additional garage and playhouse. Capital Construction came out and did the inspections and contacted our insurance company and took care of all of it in a very fast turnaround! We are very happy with all of the work that was done and completed. Answered any and all questions we had. And anytime we had to contact them they answered right away or got back to us quickly. We worked with Blair and was very pleased with him in all the help that he did to get the job done and completed as promised. We would definitely use Capital Construction again and recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on your home. Thank you to all that worked on our home!

We had the best group of people working on our roof. They were working industriously from the time they came to the time they left with only a short lunch break.
