Before joining the team, he worked in construction for 5+ years with his father-in-law and current project consultant, Blair Quinnell. Trevor spent his time with Blair building houses, doing remodels, and learning the ins and outs of the construction industry. For the first two years of this five-year stretch, he also worked with Cole Quinnell. When Cole joined Capital, Trevor heard an earful from him for the next few years, encouraging Trevor to join the team as well. Three years later, he decided to take Cole's advice and has been with us since 2019. Today, Blair, Cole, and Trevor all work side by side again. Trevor has shown impressive growth in his skills, making him a senior project consultant today.
Trevor was born and raised in Worthington, Minnesota, where he graduated high school in 2005. Following this, he continued with academics and received a degree from South Dakota State University. He eventually found his way back to the cities, which is where he met his wife. They got married in 2016 and currently live in Northfield.
Outside the office, Trevor loves to spend time with family and friends. He is an avid outdoorsman who grew up hunting and fishing. These outdoor activities still remain a big part of his life. His favorite part about working for Capital is the great group of people he works with each day and the friendships that he has built.

Great roofing experience
I worked with Trevor L. to have my roof replaced. It was a great experience from my very first contact with Trevor to my last. He was very responsive - I didn’t feel rushed or pushed. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me the time I needed to determine the best plan forward. I was also super impressed with the crew on the day of the roofing - they were very respectful and conscientious about the clean up. They went all over my yard looking for any nails or debris that may have fallen. Great experience from start to finish.

Great Service, Beginning to End
Trevor Langland is a quality Project Manager. My insurance company was a nightmare to deal with, but he took on those challenges for me and got the job done. The house and machine shed look great. Trevor is a great communicator and a very personable guy. I would use Capital again, absolutely.
Work review
After the insurance company said we needed a new roof, we called Trevor, at Capital Construction, since he and his team did great work 3 years ago. They came through again by finishing the job in a day and provided thorough clean up. Trevor even came back the next day to check the job and ensure the property was cleaned up.
Roof replacement
This is the second time we have needed our roof repaired in two years! This time it was a hail storm that damaged the roof. We called Capital Construction again. The service and communication was top notch. Trevor is great to work with and the roofing crew ( once again) did the job efficiently and smoothly. We will come back to Capital Construction again if the need arises.

Excellent! As president of our association, I dealt with Trevor Langland daily when our roofs were replaced. Wow, talk about good service! He has very good listening and organizational skills. We had hail damage to our roof on a weekend we were out of town, so we didn't even know we had damage. I was skeptical when I started seeing yard signs for roofing companies showing up in our neighborhood, but Trevor set my mind at ease. He completed his own inspection, explained everything regarding the process, and even met with the insurance adjuster to inspect the damage. The repairs were completed quickly and we are very happy with our new roof.
