One of our most experienced salesmen, Jay Busch, has been with the company since May of 2017. In his first year, he was named Rookie of the Year at Capital. As a senior project consultant, he serves as an excellent leader to those he oversees within the sales team. Not only this, but Jay is incredibly crafty at reaching customers and knows how to create a long-lasting relationship. With over $10 million in projects completed, it goes without saying that Jay is an expert in his field.
A cool thing about Jay is that he was in the USMC for 8 years and is a combat veteran. In his free time nowadays, he likes to golf, hunt, and complain about politics. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.

Amazingly Seamless Process
Capital Construction made my roof replacement project completely seamless. Capital's Project Manager Jay made the original inspection and then met with the insurance adjuster. Upon agreement that the roof required replacement, Jay pulled a building permit and managed the entire process through to his team performing the final shingle installation all the while fully communicating every step as it occurred with me. The entire process was amazingly simple for me.
Excellent Service
When a hail storm hit in June 2021, we contacted Capital Construction to see how our roof fared after the storm. Jay worked with the insurance adjusters. However, due to supply chain issues, we had to put our roof work into 2022. Jay kept us abreast all Spring as to when our project would begin. The crew were both hard working and professional. They cleaned up and took care of all of our issues. What could have been a difficult construction project was made simple by the Capital Construction team. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with our new roof and with our choice in choosing Capital Construction.

Great craftsmanship
I want to give thanks to Jay for his expertise and hard work in getting everything perfectly lined up for the job. The installers did a great job with the challenge of our existing stucco siding (because it could be brittle) and the architecture of our roof. They were detail-oriented and went the extra mile. Everything looks great—the stucco was not disturbed. Would call Capital Construction again.

The cost was North of 24K and was completed in 2.5 days. The yard was thoroughly cleaned which was one of the things I was worried about. Jay even came back and and completed our punch list
Hail Damage
Capital Construction is an extremely professional company. Our salesman Jay, was on top of everything that needed to be replaced or repaired. He met our insurance adjuster at our house and they went up on the roof together. Then they inspected our cedar fence and personal belongings together. He made sure all damage was documented. Jay answered all our questions and made sure we understood the entire process. We were so confident in Jay's ability to handle our project that we planned to be out of town when our roof was replaced. We came home to new shingles and gutters. From beginning to end…
We can’t say enough good about this company. Jay came to do an assessment on our roof. He found some damage from the Aug 11 hail storm. We submitted a claim with our insurance company and within three weeks, we had a new beautiful roof. The roofers were very respectful of our property and did a thorough cleanup when finished with the job. I wish everything in life was as easy as the process with Capital Construction. After the hailstorm in August 2020 we needed to find a reliable company to assist in assessing what, if any damage, was done to our home.
