JaimeLyn Loewen is a versatile and experienced team member at Capital Construction. Joining in February 2023 as a multi-family account manager, she has previous experience as a teacher of special education students, real estate agent, and portfolio manager for several different associations. The role of portfolio manager required her to control and monitor issues stemming from the exterior, maintenance, and vendors. She would also lead the board meetings, plan budgets, and more.
An extension of her knowledge in the property management world is her position on the board of directors for the townhome that she owns. This has given her unique personal insight into what clients are looking for, given that she is one of them herself. She is also knowledgable in Xactimate and has completed CAT (catastrophic insurance) training.
JaimeLyn grew up in Lino Lakes and has relocated herself around the Twin Cities metro area a few times since her upbringing. Outside of the office, her favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband and three boys. She enjoys watching her children play baseball and hockey, and she even manages the hockey teams they play on. 
Since being with Capital, JaimeLyn has been able to make a great impact on the multi-family team. Her favorite part about being with Capital is the people she works alongside and the supportive environment.
