Due to material delays, we are pausing the siding replacement on the south elevation of 4150/4148.
So we can stay on schedule, we will begin the siding replacement on the north elevation of building 4137/4145 on Thursday, February 29th.
Residents in the A units of this building should remove any items such as toys, grills, etc that may be along the exterior patio to allow space for the crews and to prevent accidental damage. You should also take extra caution when outside and be aware of nails/debris that may fall during tear off. Crews will be cleaning the areas regularly.
If you live in the A units of this building, we strongly recommend removing any pictures or items hanging on the north exterior walls as they may shift or fall when the new siding is installed.
As with most construction projects, you will experience different noise levels throughout the week. We understand the temporary inconvenience the siding project will cause and appreciate your patience while we improve your community.

We are excited to announce that we continue to be ahead of schedule with your exterior construction improvements!
We will be replacing the siding, house wrap and soffit on building 9 (4150/4148) beginning Friday, February 16th and anticipate completion within two weeks, weather permitting.

Project Update 02/06/2024
We are excited to share that we are significantly ahead of schedule with the first phase of the exterior improvements project. With the unseasonably warmer temperatures, we anticipate full soffit replacement to be completed by Friday, February 9th. Weather permitting, we will begin the second phase with a full siding replacement of building 9 on February 18th once the materials are delivered.

Project Details
Capital Construction will be onsite for the next couple of months completing exterior improvements throughout the community. The project will consist of 3 phases: soffit, siding and roofing. Materials will be dropped on Friday, January 26th, in the spaces just to the west of the leasing office. Please refrain from parking in those spaces after 8:00am on the 26th.
The soffit will be replaced on all buildings. Please see the map below for building labels and the order for the soffit replacement. Building 2 will start on Monday, January 29th, and we will work in ascending order to building 15. We anticipate each building to take 4-5 days to complete, weather permitting. In the case of severe snow, rain, ice or subzero temperatures, we may ask our crews to pause the project to ensure their safety. The project will resume as weather allows. We will post regular updates here
The soffit replacement should cause little to no disturbance to you or your homes. If you encounter a crewmember working in front of your garage or door and you need access, they will happy to step out of your way. Please take extra caution when crewmembers are working on your building and note there may be debris in the area as they work. All debris will be cleaned each evening. Upon completion of the soffit replacement, we will update the portal with the siding repair scope and what you can expect.
