Project Description

The Spinnaker Cove Clubhomes II is an association made up of 34 buildings and almost 200 residents. This reroofing project was expected to take over 5 weeks!

Thanks to Advantage Townhome Management, our amazing crew and team, as well as the residents, we are finishing up this project today - over 2 weeks ahead of schedule!

GAF Timberline HDZ shingles were installed, and the color that the residents voted for was Weathered Wood. Things turned out looking amazing!
