New roof, new siding, new downspouts!
Colton Ward and the Capital team carefully took off the homeowner's existing solar panels to install a new roofing system from Owens Corning! The homeowners chose OC's Duration series shingles in the color Estate Gray!
This once tan home is now a beautiful dark blue. Exterior Portfolio Market Square vinyl siding is made of recycled materials! The homeowner chose the color Indigo!
Finally, matching blue downspouts were installed!
