Project Description
Hail fell down in Iowa and created some prominent damage to the Cedar Ponds Townhomes. Property management contacted storm expert, Capital Construction, to address damages and restore things back to new. For this project, all buildings had new roofing and siding installed.
To start, the roof was redone in Owens Corning duration in the Brownwood color. This was uniform throughout all buildings, these buildings had siding done in four different styles, with 4-5 buildings matching each style. The siding is James Hardie throughout all buildings, and the trim for corners and vertical remains the same color as the main siding for each style.
- Siding in the Timber Bark color. The trim around windows and doors is in Navaho Beige.
- Siding in the Monterey Taupe color. The trim around windows and doors is Timber Bark.
- Siding in the Aged Pewter color. The trim around the windows and doors is in Cobble Stone.
- Siding in the Navaho Beige color. The trim around the windows and doors is in Monterey Taupe.
In total, 19 buildings were given this amazing face lift!
