Project Description

The Evergreens of the Cannon Valley (two 4-unit complexes and five single unit homes) are managed properties within the Northfield Retirement Community. The buildings needed new roofing and siding. The new shingles are GAF Timberline HDZ in the color Weathered Wood. The new siding is Exterior Portfolio Market Square in the color Summit.
