Attention to Detail
I had a referral for Capital Construction from a friend. (Prior to the hail storm in Spring 2022 in Northfield). Contractors/builders were NOT calling on service that I wanted. I desired new siding on my 100 year old farmhouse in Northfield and a front porch facelift and complete REDO of the back porch. We had just a month delay due to storms. Blair was attentive to details, showed color samples for my doors. Blair encourage to leave the historical features of the house. One story, after the siding and new roof was completed (from the Spring hail storm)......two bats were in my house and front porch in less than 24 hours. Blair was prompted in attending to this situation. I am grateful for Capital Construction and all the little details - including calling the customer "back". Thank you Mr. Blair :)
