Hail Rebuild
This is a local contractor so I had no problem using them after our hail storm. Sales rep who came to my door was low key style which I liked. Rep got on my roof and took pics of the damage so I knew he wasn't conning me. I recognized my roof in his photos, he didn't try to show stock pics. The rep said he was familiar with my insurance company and they have had good experience with them. Rep was competent and informed as to products and procedures. Rep came back and advocated for me when the adjuster came. He was timely with follow-up and had a good selection of product. He answered his phone when I called or returned the call within a few minutes. He even asked on which side of the driveway I wanted the materials dropped. Crew was here within a couple of weeks and had the job done in one day with total cleanup after. They also covered all vulnerable property and flora around the house. I would recommend them but hope I don't need their services again. They are doing almost all the homes in my neighborhood. That says a lot to credibility, reliability, and local satisfaction.
