Project Description
Following a successful re-roofing project in 2021, the property management company reached out to us.
Presidential Commons II were a group of 14 buildings made up of duplexes and four-plexes. They were re-roofed with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in the color Barkwood. You can see the brown-roofed buildings in the pictures featured here.
The project was a success and after more hail this spring, the property management company filed another insurance claim for the 18 other buildings.
These were reroofed using GAF Timberline HDZ in the color Mission Brown.
